By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Veratides LLC website (the "Site") located at veratides.com, or by placing any order for products offered thereon, you ("User," "Buyer," or "Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Veratides LLC, a California Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue access immediately.
By visiting our website or buying anything from us, you're agreeing to these rules.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or place orders. This protects both of us.
To purchase products from Veratides LLC, you must:
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
- Be a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or institutional representative acting within the scope of legitimate scientific research;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of the ordered compound(s) is prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law;
- Affirm that all products ordered will be used exclusively for lawful, non-clinical, in vitro research purposes.
Veratides LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
To buy from us, you need to:
- Be 21 or older;
- Have a legitimate research purpose;
- Live somewhere where purchasing these compounds is legal;
- Agree to use the products only for research — not personal use of any kind.
We can refuse or cancel any order if something doesn't seem right. That's our call to make.
All products sold by Veratides LLC are designated exclusively as "For Research Use Only" (RUO). The Company expressly represents that its products:
- Are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, topical application to human skin, or any form of in vivo administration;
- Are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use;
- Are not classified as dietary supplements, drugs, or medical devices under applicable federal law;
- Have not been evaluated for safety or efficacy in human subjects by the FDA or any comparable regulatory authority.
The Buyer assumes all risk, liability, and responsibility for any use of products inconsistent with the RUO designation. Any misuse, misrepresentation of intended use, or application of products contrary to these Terms constitutes a material breach and may subject the Buyer to legal liability.
Everything we sell is for lab research only. That means:
- Don't consume it, inject it, or apply it to your body;
- The FDA has not approved any of it for medical use;
- These are not supplements or medicines;
- We have not tested these for safety in humans.
If you misuse what you buy from us, that's on you — legally and physically. We take this seriously.
The statements, product descriptions, and informational content published on the Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. No product sold by Veratides LLC is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition in humans or animals.
Nothing on this Site shall be construed as medical advice, a recommendation for self-experimentation, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed medical professional. Veratides LLC expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on any informational content published on the Site for personal health or treatment decisions.
We don't make health claims. None of our products are intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease — and we won't say they do.
Nothing on our website is medical advice. Talk to a qualified doctor for health decisions. We are not responsible if you treat our research content as medical guidance.
Access to the Site and purchase of any products requires affirmative verification that the User is at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Veratides LLC may implement age-gating mechanisms at any point of access or purchase to enforce this requirement.
Any attempt to access the Site or purchase products by a person under the age of twenty-one (21) constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and order cancellation without refund.
You must be 21 or older to access this site or make any purchase. By being here, you're confirming that's true.
If someone under 21 attempts to purchase, we'll cancel the order and close the account. No exceptions.
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by Veratides LLC. The Company reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or concerns regarding intended use.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes, where required by law, will be assessed at checkout. Payment must be rendered in full prior to order fulfillment. Veratides LLC utilizes third-party payment processors; the Company does not store full payment card data on its servers.
In the event of a pricing error, Veratides LLC reserves the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
When you place an order, we still have the right to decline it — for example if something is out of stock, there's a pricing mistake, or we have concerns about the order.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices can change. Taxes will show at checkout if they apply. We use a third-party payment processor and do not store your card details ourselves.
If we made a pricing error, we'll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Veratides LLC ships within the United States and such other jurisdictions as may be designated from time to time. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation and possession of ordered products is lawful in their jurisdiction at the time of purchase.
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the Buyer upon tender of delivery to the designated carrier. Veratides LLC shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers, regulatory seizure, or force majeure events. Estimated shipping timeframes are informational only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
We ship within the U.S. and select other locations. It's your responsibility to confirm that what you're ordering is legal where you live.
Once your package is with the carrier, it's in their hands. We're not responsible for delays, lost packages, or seizures. Delivery estimates are estimates — not guarantees.
Due to the nature of research-grade biological compounds and strict chain-of-custody requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are considered final upon shipment. Veratides LLC does not accept returns of opened or used product.
Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery and will only be considered in the event of: (a) verifiable shipping damage documented with photographic evidence; (b) confirmed product defect; or (c) a documented order fulfillment error attributable to the Company. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
Veratides LLC reserves the right to require return of defective or incorrectly shipped product prior to processing any refund or replacement.
Because of what we sell — research compounds — we generally don't accept returns once an order ships.
If your order arrived damaged, had a defect, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We may ask you to return the product before processing a refund or replacement.
Veratides LLC represents that all products are tested by independent, accredited third-party laboratories and that Certificates of Analysis (CoA) confirming compound identity, purity, and batch traceability are available for each product SKU. CoAs are provided as informational documentation only and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.
The Buyer acknowledges that purity and identity verification are conducted on a batch-specific basis and that variations between batches may exist within industry-accepted tolerances. Veratides LLC makes no representation that products meet the specifications required for any specific research protocol without independent verification by the Buyer.
Every product we sell has been tested by an independent lab. We make the test results (Certificate of Analysis, or CoA) available for each product so you can verify what you're receiving.
CoAs are informational — they don't guarantee the compound is right for your specific research. You should verify compatibility with your protocol. Minor batch-to-batch variation can exist within acceptable limits.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Veratides LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.
No content on the Site may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written consent of Veratides LLC. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may subject the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
Everything on our website — our logo, photos, product descriptions, and design — belongs to us. You cannot copy, repost, or redistribute our content without permission.
Doing so without consent could result in legal consequences. Just reach out if you'd like to use something.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERATIDES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, VENDORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (B) RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PUBLISHED ON THE SITE; OR (C) ANY PRODUCT DEFECT, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VERATIDES LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
We sell our products and run this site without making promises beyond what's stated here. We can't guarantee our products will work for every research protocol.
If something goes wrong — injury, data loss, or other damages — our liability is capped at the price you paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect consequences or anything resulting from misuse.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veratides LLC, its managing members, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected to: (a) your use of the Site or products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any misrepresentation made by you regarding your eligibility or intended use of purchased products.
If you break our rules, misuse our products, or violate the law — and we get pulled into a legal dispute because of it — you agree to cover our legal costs and any resulting damages.
We shouldn't bear the cost of your actions. This clause makes that clear in writing.
The regulatory status of research-grade peptide compounds is subject to ongoing review and varies by jurisdiction and compound classification. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Buyer to: (a) independently verify the legal status of any purchased compound within their applicable jurisdiction prior to purchase; (b) comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing the possession, storage, handling, and use of research compounds; and (c) monitor changes in applicable law, including DEA scheduling actions and FDA enforcement guidance, that may affect the lawfulness of their purchase or use.
Veratides LLC does not represent or warrant that any product is lawful in any specific jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for any regulatory violation committed by the Buyer.
Laws around peptide compounds vary by location and change over time. It is your responsibility — not ours — to verify that what you're ordering is legal where you are before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee legality in every state or country. Stay informed. If the DEA or FDA changes the status of a compound, you need to know that.
The collection, processing, and use of personal data submitted through the Site is governed by the Veratides LLC Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Veratides LLC does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to it. We do not sell your data to marketers or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or their breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted within the State of California. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The Buyer expressly waives any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Veratides LLC.
These terms are governed by California law. If a dispute arises, it gets resolved through binding arbitration — not a courtroom lawsuit. Arbitration is a private, binding process conducted in California.
You also agree you won't join a class-action lawsuit against us. Disputes are handled individually.
Veratides LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders following posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
We can update these terms when needed. We'll post the new version here with an updated date. If you keep using the site after that, it means you accept the updated terms. Check back periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to this subject matter and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms plus our Privacy Policy make up the complete agreement between us — nothing outside this document counts.
All legal notices, inquiries, or communications regarding these Terms must be directed to Veratides LLC via the designated contact mechanisms on the Site at veratides.com/contact-us. Electronic communications transmitted through the Site's contact form satisfy any written notice requirement under these Terms.
