1. Shipping Policy & Logistics

Veratides LLC utilizes USPS for all domestic research shipments.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Origin of Shipment: While our corporate headquarters is located at 2108 N St, STE N, Sacramento, CA 95806, all logistics and shipping fulfillment are managed through our Riverside County distribution point.

Tracking: Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Veratides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

2. All Sales Final Policy

Due to the sensitive, high-purity, and perishable nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. * Research Use Only: By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that these products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. Once a product leaves our controlled environment, its purity can no longer be guaranteed; therefore, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety and regulatory reasons.

Storage Requirements: Products must be stored according to the specifications provided (e.g., refrigeration/lyophilized storage). Improper storage immediately voids all claims.

3. Exceptions: Damage & Defects

We stand by the quality of our laboratory standards. Exceptions to the “All Sales Final” policy are as follows:

Manufacturing Defects: Replacements are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.

Transit Damage: Visible damage to packaging or vials must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, Veratides will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost. Replacements are the only remedy available; monetary refunds are not issued.

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. To request cancellation, contact support@veratides.com immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded.

Please verify all shipping details, billing information, and product selections before completing checkout. Veratides is not responsible for incorrect orders or delivery failures caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

If a package is lost, delayed, or seized by customs or a shipping carrier, Veratides will assist with tracking or inquiries when possible. However, because such events are beyond our control, no refunds or replacements will be issued once an order has been handed to the carrier.

No products may be returned to Veratides without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and destroyed without credit.

Ineligibility: Any vial that has been opened, punctured, or had its seal tampered with is strictly ineligible for return or replacement under any circumstances.
